訂單完成付款後無法取消、更改或合併訂單，下單前請確認商品規格及數量。
若 3 次下單後未付款、無故取消訂單或無故退換者，將被系統限制交易。

我們不接受因消費者個人因素（如喜好改變、尺寸選錯等）提出的退貨、取消或換貨要求。
為保護雙方權益，拆箱時請錄影並保持外包裝完整。
萬一收到的商品有瑕疵或寄錯商品，我們將為您辦理換貨。
麻煩請在收到商品後 7 天內，透過客服信箱與我們聯繫並附上照片。
商品送達超過 7 天後才聯繫者，恕無法受理。
收到商品後請務必儘速檢查內容物。

Once payment is completed, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or combined. Please double-check the product specifications and quantities before placing your order.
If a customer fails to complete payment, cancels orders without a valid reason, or repeatedly requests unmotivated returns up to 3 times, the system will automatically restrict the account from future transactions.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to customer preferences.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an incorrect shipment, we will arrange an exchange.
Please contact us via our Customer Service Email within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may not be able to accommodate requests made after 7 days from delivery.
Please check your order promptly upon arrival.

【 RETURN NOTICE 】
退貨商品須為未經使用、未下水，且無非人為瑕疵所造成的污損、故障，消保法保障 7 天鑑賞期僅供您猶豫並確認商品是否符合您的需求，並非商品試用期；請保留完整的原始包裝（含外包裝、未拆吊牌）並附上購買發票，否則恕不接受退貨。
無故退貨需自行負擔運費，若因瑕疵退貨，運費由 sLo Atelier Co. Ltd 負擔。
退換貨商品寄回，經品檢後不符合瑕疵範圍，需自行負擔來回運費，待收到款項後商品方可寄回。
若無故取消、惡意退貨多次者，sLo Atelier Co. Ltd 有權停止對您的服務。

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and free of any stains or damage not caused by inherent manufacturing defects. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the 7-day appreciation period is intended solely for evaluating and confirming whether the product meets your needs, not for product trial or practical use.
Please retain all original packaging (including outer packaging and untied tags) and include the proof of purchase/invoice; otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee for non-defective returns. If a return is due to product defects, the shipping fee will be covered by sLo Atelier Co., Ltd.
If a returned item is inspected and found to be non-defective, the customer must bear the round-trip shipping costs. The item will only be shipped back to the customer once the shipping payment is received.
sLo Atelier Co., Ltd. reserves the right to terminate services for any accounts with a history of repeated unmotivated cancellations or malicious returns.

    
以下情況恕無法受理退換貨
・ 超過鑑賞期：簽收或取貨後超過 7 天鑑賞期。
・ 個人因素：因個人喜好偏好、改變心意（如：尺寸、款式、顏色不如預期等）。
・ 特價商品：所有標記「Sale」之折扣特惠商品、出清商品。
・ 貼身個人用品：依台灣消費者保護法規定，飾品耳環（耳針、穿刺型）及貼身衣物（所有含 Bra 之衣物/內著）屬個人衛生用品，拆封後排除 7 天鑑賞期，基於衛生原則恕不接受退換。
・ 螢幕色差：網頁照片因拍攝光線、各品牌顯示器顯色不同皆可能產生些許色差。顏色認知因人而異，請以實品顏色為主，色差不列入退貨理由。
・ 非全新狀態：商品已拆封使用、下水洗滌、剪標，或因人為因素導致的髒污、破損、磨損與故障。
・ 包裝配件不齊：退回時商品外包裝（紙盒、夾鏈袋）破損不完整、相關配件或贈品短缺。
・ 異常退貨行為：惡意或無故大量退貨者。

以下情況不列入瑕疵範圍

CLOTHES
・ 尺寸誤差：商品皆為人工平放測量，因材質彈性、清洗處理或不同批次生產等因素，尺寸與實際商品誤差在 ±2cm 內皆屬國際驗貨標準與正常範圍。
・ 線頭與微瑕：衣服極小線頭、車線略有不整齊、輕微脫線、釦子鬆動（可自行縫回）、未開釦眼、新品染劑氣味等，皆不屬於瑕疵。
・ 極小污點：直徑小於 0.4 公分以內之不顯眼髒污或雜線。

JEWELRY
・ 材質：天然石皆有不同紋理及礦缺；琉璃材質因吹製過程無法避免空氣進入，內部有氣泡產生為正常現象。
・ 金屬刮痕：金屬表面會因摩擦而有細小痕跡，皆屬正常現象。
・ 尺寸誤差：飾品尺寸均為手工測量，誤差在 0.05−0.1cm 內屬正常範圍。
・ 耳針彎曲：純銀耳針材質較為細軟，些許彎曲為正常現象。
