【 DELIVERY 】

・ 7-11 超商取貨（台灣本島、外島超商門市）
・ SF EXPRESS 宅配

請留意到貨簡訊並於到貨之後 7 天內取貨。
請勿無故未取，造成運費損失將由顧客自行吸收。
如無故未取貨將酌收補寄郵資 $75 元及手續費 $50 元，共計 $125 元。
如未取貨商品退回 sLo Atelier Co. Ltd,，商品放置20天未得到回應視同放棄商品所有權。

確認收到款項後，商品將於 5～7 個工作天內（不含例假日與國定假日）寄出。
如遇年節假期、出貨旺季或惡劣天氣等狀況，受物流及交通影響，到貨時間可能會有所延遲。
預購商品則以公告時間為準寄出。

。If the recipient cannot be reached upon delivery, please contact the local courier directly. If the courier is unable to establish contact or arrange a redelivery, the package may be permanently disposed of or destroyed locally. 【 CARE 】

・ 收到商品第一次下水清洗時，務必要將深色和淺色的衣物分開洗滌，避免染色。
・ 有五金配件的衣物需與其他衣物分開洗滌，建議單獨使用洗衣袋。清洗時使用洗衣袋，多一層保護可降低變形損壞的機率，減少與其他衣物的摩擦，延長衣物的最佳狀態。
・ 請按照洗標建議方式清洗，避免衣物毀損。
・ 秋冬衣物布料在製造過程中比較容易沾染到棉絮，清洗時會有棉絮產生屬於是正常情況，多清洗幾次即可以改善，不屬於瑕疵範圍。
・ 紫外線會傷害布料顏色，為了避免褪色可翻面曝曬。
